Product News: Import Events into NineBx

Families can now add events to NineBx from their existing calendars thanks to our new import feature.

This feature gives you the ability to thoughtfully organize your family’s schedule by adding events from your various existing calendars into NineBx. Instead of having to share your entire calendar with your family (or have multiple calendars shared with you), this important feature allows you to import and share only the events you choose. Also, whether one person in your family uses an Android device, and another uses an iPhone, you now have a way to keep everyone in sync by importing the relevant events into your NineBx shared family calendar.

Product News: Introducing List Templates

Lists are essential to organizing your life. Even if you are not a fan of organizing, chances are that you have created a list at some point in your life. The most common lists that people create are groceries, to-dos (tasks), homework, packing (vacation), christmas presents, or things to buy. While the possibilities for types of lists are endless, many lists (and items on a list) are universal. Take for example a vacation packing list. Chances are you and someone living on the other side of the world will both have a toothbrush, change of clothes, and shoes on your list. Which is exactly why we decided to create list templates to give our users standard list items to import when they are creating their own lists! You can even import items from one or more of our list templates to an existing list you may have started!

Prepping for Thanksgiving with NineBx

I love cooking for my family, but more-often-than-not, I don’t have the time I want to devote to cooking a big meal. This is why I often go a ‘little’ overboard on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Birthday meals. However, in the usual 2020-style, our oven decided to die last week… and due to the pandemic, it will not be repaired until December.

After realizing that I will be without an oven this Thanksgiving, I enlisted my 14-year-old (who is an amazing chef and going to help cook 90% of the meal) to help me find recipes that we can make with the equipment we have – an InstantPot, a Ninja Foodi Smart Air Fryer/Grill, an InstantPot Omni Plus, and our trusty old Crockpot! Below you will find our menu with links to the recipes we are making, the grocery list, and our cooking schedule (which is spread out over 3 days).
